摘　　要： 通过创新机制,优化人文环境,建立有效的用人机制,做到多渠道、高水准的引进人才,多层次、全方位的培训师资,充分发挥现有人才的作用,全面提高师资队伍的整体水平和素质. An effective personnel mechanism can be established by innovating the mechanism and improving the humanistic environment. The construction of teaching staff aims at introducing quality talent through various channels and staff training at multi-levels and multi-dimensions so as to give full play to the talents and improving the overall level and quality of teaching staff.
