摘 要: 从140份牛鼻粘膜中筛选出一株透明质酸产生菌。对其进行紫外线诱变和亚硝基胍诱变复合处理,从血琼脂平板上筛选出一株不具有溶血性的突变菌。该菌透明质酸精提物的产量由0.69 g/L提高到0.94 g/L,为下一步育种工作奠定了基础。 A hyaluronic acid (HA) pure culture screened from 140 cattle nasal mucosa was mutagenized with combination of UV and NTG. A mutant without haemolysis was screened from blood agar plate. The white purified HA was increased from 0.69 g/L to 0.94 g/L. The research laid a foundation for the next research of producer improvement.
