摘 要: 微波作用下,以四丁基溴化铵为相转移催化剂,无水K2CO3为碱性催化剂,酞酰亚胺与丙烯酸酯(丙烯腈)以Michael 反应合成了β-酞酰亚胺基丙酸酯(丙腈),反应在10-20min内完成,为酞酰亚胺N-烃基化反应提供了一种新方法。 With TBAB as the phase transfer catalyst, N-phthalyl-β-alanine ester(ethyl cyanide) was synthesized by-Michael-type reaction with a mixture of phthalimide,acrylate(acrylonitrile) and K2CO3 under microwave irradiation. The reaction could be completed within 10-20min giving good yields, and a new method for the N-alkylation of phthalimide was proposed.
