摘　　要： 通过对山东鲁南水泥有限公司的水泥预分解窑煅烧系统的热力学分析,介绍了火用的概念和火用平衡分析法。分析认为,火用平衡分析法反映了能量的质量关系,提高能源利用率应该以提高用效率为基础。并对窑系统的各个子系统按照设定的条件分别编制了热平衡和火用平衡,进一步指明了降低整个过程的能耗、完善整个煅烧过程的方向。 Thermal dynamical analysis on the calcine system of cement-precalcination kiln in Shangdong Lunan Cement Ltd. Co. was made in this paper, exergy and its analytical method were introduced. Exergy balance analytical method reflects the qualitical relationship of energy, so the promoting of energy utilization ratio must be realized by increasing exergy ratio. Thermal balance and exergy balance analyses were carried out on the subsystems of cement kiln, and the way of reducing energy consumption and an inprovement on the calcine process were obtained.
