摘 要: 研究了多晶bcc纯铁分别经Ag+,Cr+,Y+和Al+注入前后的高周疲劳性能,测定了S-N曲线,并作了数学拟合。结果表明,各种离子注入后纯铁的疲劳持久极限应力均得以提高(从3.7%至17.6%)。作者认为,注入引起的辐照缺陷,过饱和固溶以及金属间化合物对注层的强化作用是注入改善高周疲劳性能的主要机制。 The high-cycle fatigue properties of polycrystal bcc pure iron before and after the implantation of Ag+, Cr+, Y+, or Al+ are studied, the S-N curves are determined, and their numerical fits are made. Results indicate that after the implantation of various ions, the endurance fatigue limit stresses are increased (from 3.7% to 17.6% ). The authors cottsider that,irradiation defects, supersaturation of solid solution and the strengthening effect of intermetallic compound on the implantation layer are the major mechanism of the improvement of high-cycle fatigue properties due to implantation.
