摘 要: 以健将级运动员为研究对象,采用训练负荷状态下的生理、生化指标测试法。研究结果认为,赛前高原训练的时间大致为4~7周;分为三个阶段:适应阶段、强化阶段、赛前阶段。 Taking the master athletes as the research subjects and adopting the method of measuring physiological and biochemical indices in the state of training load,the author gives the conclusion that the duration of the altitude training before competitions is about 4 to 7 weeks, which is divided into three stages-adaptation,reinforcement and pre-competition.
