摘 要: 105个苏芸金杆菌(Bacillusthuringiensis)菌株初筛结果表明,其中17个菌株对稻纵卷叶螟毒力较高,血清型分布主要为H1、H3、H5和H7。经3年(1990~1992)生物测定和田间试验复筛,确定菌株S-543(H5)的毒力最高,对稻纵卷叶螟1龄和2龄幼虫的Lc50值分别为2.7μl/ml和6.8μl/ml,相应比目前生产菌株HD-1的毒力高0.78倍和0.98倍,但对棉铃虫的毒力却显著低于HD-1。 A program of screening high toxic strain of Bacillus thuringiensis against larvae of rice leaf roller Cnaphalocrocis midinalis Guenee was conducted during 3 years (1990~1992) in Shanghai. 17 strains showed higher pathogenicity and were mainly distributed toserotypes H1, H3, H5 and H7 in a total of 105 strains tested.Further bioassay and field testindicated that S-543(H5) had the highest toxicity in 17 strains preliminarily selected, and theLc50 of which were 2.7 and 6. 8μl/ml respectively to the 1st and 2nd instar larvae of rice leafroller,and the corresponding toxicity ratios were almost 1. 78 and 1. 98 times as much asthose of HD-1 strain (H3a3b) extensively employed in current commercial production, To thecontrary,this strain exhibited lower toxicity to cotton ballworm (Heliothis armigeraHubner) than HD-1 in bioassay test.
