摘 要: 考虑了溶质与色谱固定相间的相互作用和固定相表面上活性点总数不变以及溶质在柱内的质量平衡,推导出了描述溶质在前沿色谱中突破曲线的基本方程,对此方程的性质进行了初步讨论,并将实验测定的几种生物大分子的洗脱曲线与本文推导出的方程进行了比较,获得了结果的一致性。 onsidering the molecular interactions between solute and chromatographic packing,the invariability ofthe total number of the mean active sites on the surface of the packing,and the law of conservation of mass,we derived a fundamental equation elucidating the shape of the break-through curve for solute in frontal chro-matography. We also discuss characterastics of this equation and make some comparisons between the experi-mental and the expected results of the break-through curves of some biopolymers. They are in good agree-ments.
