摘 要: 本文应用正交试验法研究了获得Co-P-PTFE复合镀层的条件,通过利用有效的分散剂和选择适当的氯化钴和络合剂浓度,可使PTFE在整个施镀过程中以胶体形式稳定存在于化学镀液中,解决了PTFE乳化液在碱性条件下发生凝聚的问题,获得了摩擦学性能优异的耐磨、减摩复合层。同时,对复合层性质亦进行了分析。 The conditions,on which the composite coating of Co-P-PTFE was obtained,were studied by optimization method.The particles of PTFE in colloid form may be stabilized in the bath of electroless plating to resolve the problem gelating.The properties of the composite coating were also studied.
