摘　　要： 篮子鱼两极虫，新种Ｍｙｘｉｄｉｕｍｓｉｇａｎｕｍｓｐ．ｎｏｖ．寄生于篮子鱼Ｓｉｇａｎｕｓｓｐ．胆囊。孢子缝面观菱形，正面观椭圆形。孢子表面具有６条条纹。孢子长１１．４μｍ，宽６．９μｍ；极囊直径３．３μｍ；囊间距２．８μｍ。尖吻鲈尾孢虫，新种Ｈｅｎｎｅｇｕｙａｌａｔｅｓａｓｐ．ｎｏｖ寄生于尖吻鲈Ｌａｔｅｓｃａｌｃａｒｉｊｅｒ鳃部。孢子呈倒梨形。孢子长８．９μｍ，宽５．７μｍ，厚４．９μｍ；极囊长２．８μｍ，宽１．８μｍ；尾长１６．０μｍ。 wo new species of myxosporea from marine fishes collected from South China Sea are described. Type specimens are deposited in South China Sea Institute of Oceanology,The Chinese Academy of Sciences.1. Myxidium siganum sp. nov.(Fig.1)Host: Siganus sp..Location in host: gall-bladder. Host collected from Guishan, Zhuhai, 22°08'N, 113°50'E.Vegetative form: Trophozoites are nearly round or sharper chilliform. and fingerlike pseudopodias protrude out from the front of plasmoaia.There are 8-12 nuclei in cytoplasm. In the early stage of sporogany, the polar capsules form first, then the other organelles. The round immature spore can be found in sporont.Spore: Mature spore fusiform in sutural view, with rather pointed ends, front view elliptical. On the surface of spore, there are 6 stripes.Two round or pyriform polar capsules.Two polar capsules open at the opposite ends,respectively. Polar filament coiled 4 times inside capsule. Sporoplasm occupies the extracapsular cavity of the spore. Dimensions of spore: length of spore 11. 4 (11. 0-12.0) μm, width 6. 9 (6. 5-7.0) μm; diameter of polar capsule 3. 3 (3.1-3.5)μm; distance between two capsules 2. 8 (2. 0-3. 5) μm.This species is similar to Myxidium glutinosum Davis, 1917, but the later species has characteristics of gelatiniform envelope on the surface of spore, capsules opening at the right angle from longitudinal axis, and the dimensions of spore being smaller, which can be distinguished from our species. Therefore, the present species is established as a new species and named als Myxidium siganum.2. Henneguya latesa sp. nov. (Fig. 2)Host:Lates calcarifer. Location in host: gill.Host collected from Guishan, Zhuhai, 22°08'N, 113°50'E.Vegetative form has not been found.Spore: Oval in front view, with broadly rounded anterior and slightly elongated posterior ends, the latter ending in long and fine tails. Ellipse in sutural view. Two polar capsules at the anterior portion,are pyriform. Sporoplasm with an iodinophilous vacuole. Dimension of spore: length of spore
