摘 要: 我们对金属玻璃Zr_(76)(Fe_xCu_(1-x))系统作了X射线光电子能谱及超导转变测量,结果表明,随着Fe含量的增加,其费米面态密度增高,而超导临界温度T_c降低,说明自旋涨落是影响T_c的重要因素;用McMillan方程对该系统的T_c行为作了估计,并与实验结果作了比较。 The X-ray photoelectron spectrum (XPS) and superconducting trasition temperature Tc have been measured for the metallic glasses Zr76(FexCu1-x)24 system. The results show that, as the amount of Fe increases, the density of electronic state at Fermi level increases while Tc decreases. This indicates that the spin fluctuation is an important factor in Tc determination. McMillan equation has been used to estimate the behavior of Tc in this system, which has been compared with the experimental results.
