摘 要: 本文研究了硝酸镧(15mg/L)加入培养基对大花蕙兰原球茎增殖、分化、生根以及原球茎中的过氧化物同工酶、酯酶同工酶的影响。实验结果表明,适当浓度的硝酸镧与培养基中微量元素有相互作用,能促进原球茎的增殖、分化、生根,并能提高原球茎中过氧化物酶活性和降低酯酶活性。 The influences of lanhanum nit rate on the protocorm culture of Cymbidium hy-bridum, by adding lanhanum nitrate(15 mg/L)into the medium were investigated.The re-sults show that proper concentration of lanhanum nitrate is mutually complementary with traoeelement in the medium, which can promote the propagation,differentation and rootage of theprotocorm,raise activity of preonidase and reduce activity of esterase.
