摘 要: 建立了桃子冲击力学特性参数(恢复系数、能量吸收率)与其硬度的数学模型,从而为快速非破坏预测桃子成熟度(硬度)和实现机械自动化分级提供必要的科学依据。 The effect of firmness(H)on coefflcient of restitution (r)or percentage of absorbed energy(E)were e-valuated for peaches under free drop height 3 cm. By means of regress analysis,hte following correlative mathematical models were established:(1)1/r=a+b/H;(2)E=a.The percentage of absorbed energy is more suitable to parameter of firmness sorting thab the coefficient of restitution,The bruise volume of peach under free drop height 3 cm is very small.
