摘 要: 利用电脉冲刺激的方法激活兔卵母细胞,对激活卵及发育胚的形态学特征、核型进行了分析。结果表明:混合纤维素酯滤膜的残留毒性是影响孤雌胚体外发育的因素之一。兔眼球玻璃体液能有效地促进孤雌胚在体外发育至囊胚期。具有正常形态的孤雌发育囊胚的核型多为2倍体,此外2倍体胚中亦同时存在少数非整倍体细胞。4倍体及非整倍体核型的囊胚形态异常,具有不明显的内细胞团。 Rabbit eggs were activated by electric stimulation, and the morphological characteristics and karyotypes of the resulting parthenogenetic embryos were investigated. It was found that the toxic substance released from the mixed cellulose ester filter was one of the factors inhibiting in vitro development of the parthenogenetic embryos. The vitreous humor from rabbit eye balls could efficiently enhance the development of parthenotes to the blastocyst stage. Almost all of the morphologically normal parthenogenetic blastocysts were diploid, while a few aneuploidy cells existed with diploid cells in the same embryos. Tetraploid and aneuploid karyotypes resulted in unnormal blastocysts with unidentified ICM.
