摘　　要： 本文介绍一个通用规则型专家系统开发环境（ＧＲＥＳＥ）的实现，并且详细阐述了ＣＲＥＳＥ的知识表示、推理方法、动态知识翻译及实际应用。 This paper introduces the implementation of the general rule-based expert system development environment-GRESE and presents the knowledge reprsentation, reasoning methods, dynamic knowledge interpreter and the application of the GRESE.
