摘 要: 研究了一种新型高钼铸造双相不锈钢的耐点蚀性能,考察了热处理对钢组织结构和α、γ两相组成及耐点蚀性能的影响。结果表明,该钢具有优良的耐点蚀性能。在较宽的热处理温度范围内保持高的耐点蚀性能。钢的耐点蚀性能与γ相中Cr、Mo元素的含量和钢中析出相的性质有密切关系。 The pitting corrosion resistance of a new type of high Mo cast duplex stainless steel is studied.The effect of heat treatment on microstructure,phase composition and pitting corrosion resistance is also investigated. The results show that its pitting corrosion resistance is superior. This steel possesses high pitting corrosion resistance in a wider heat treatment temperature range' The pitting corrosion resistance of the steel is closely related to composition of Cr,Mo in γ phase and the nature of the precipitated phase in the steel.
