摘　　要： 本文综述了由淀粉出发制备烷基糖苷的反应机理和方法，详细讨论了影响反应的因素，归纳了反应后处理和结果分析的方法，此外还介绍了烷基糖苷在化妆品工业，食品工业，洗涤剂工业等方面的应用。 The mechanism and the ptocess for making alkyl glucosides from statch were reviewed in this paper. Influence factors in the reaction were discussed in detail, and methods of aftertreatment and analysis were summed up. Furthermore, uses of alkal glucosides in cosmetic industry,food industry and detergent industry were described in the paper.
