摘 要: 本文对化学法处理普通黄铜屑,直接制备纯铜粉末进行了热力学和动力学分析研究及试验表明:Zn,Fe等元素的酸浸反应容易进行,氧化及还原速度快.酸浸过程受扩散控制,其动力学方程为进一步的热力学分析指出,本工艺适合于处理各种铜合金尾料,尤其适合于黄铜类铜合金尾料。 Thermodynamics and kinetics are studied for producing pure copper powder directly from the scraps of ordinary brass. The theoretical analysis and experimental results show that leaching of Zn, Fe, etc. from the alloy is easy, and the oxidation and reduction of the sponge copper resulted from leaching are fast reactions. Besides, the acid leaclling process is controlled by diffusion in the sponge copper, and the kinetic equation can be expressed as for scrap leaching with CHc1=20.2% Further thermodynahac analysis indicates that this process is also sllitable for scraps of all copper alloys, and particularly suited for industrial brass scraps.
