摘 要: 应用同工酶分析技术,分析了水杉原产地3个天然小群体的遗传结构。结果表明,水杉群体具有较高的分子变异水平,3个小群体的多态座位百分率达83.3%±0.0722.等位基因平均数为2,94±0.3802,平均期望杂合度为0.3873±0.0079。小群体间的分化程度不高,3个小群体平均遗传距离为0.0857±0.0318;同工酶测定的总变异中,91.4%的变异来自小群体内,仅8.6%的变异来自小群体间。 Po pulation genetic structure in three separate clusters of Metasequoiaglyp to stro boides from their o riginal distributio n range was studied by iso zyme analy-sis based on p olyacrylamide gel electro pho resis. The results were as follo ws : The lev-el of genetic variability in the population of Metasequo ia glyptostrobo ides was rela-tively high. The percentage of polymorphic loci(P),average number of alleles per loci(A)and average expected heterozygosity(He)were 83.3% ± 0.0722,2.9375 ± 0.3802and 0。3 873 ± 0.0079, respectively. Similar to reports for other conifers, thedifferentiation level among c1usterS of Metasequoia glyptostroboides was relativelylow. The average genetic distance(D)among the three clusters was 0.0857 ± 0,03 1 8.Only 8.6% of the allozyme variability was attributed to the mutation among the clus-ters while the remaining 9 1.4 % resided within their respective clusters.
