摘 要: 本文研究使用机器人的自动装配线提高装配精度的方法,一方面采取合理的机械结构以提高基础装配件的定位精度,另一方面运用机器人装配系统精度分析的Monte—Carlo方法决定合理的装配中心位置,并通过充分运用机器人的示教功能,调整装配中心位置以达到提高装配精度的目的。 There are generally two methods to improve assembly accuracy for any robot-based automatic assembly line: one is to enhance the positioning accuracy of assembly base part in respect of mechanical structure, another is to determine a reasonable assembly central location through employing Monte-Carlo method of accuracy analysis in robot assembly system and then to improve assembly accuracy by means of teaching assembly central location.
