摘 要: 本文分析了在菠萝蛋白酶超滤法提取过程中,操作条件对截留率R的影响,讨论了在保持较大截留率R的情况下,增大流量的可行性.最后从微观角度分析了酶分子的形变对酶活性和操作条件产生的影响.
