摘 要: 利用等效夹杂理论和Hill的弱化约束理论研究了晶须增强金属基复合材料的拉、压力学性能,包括有效模量、屈服强度和塑性流动规律.定量研究了一些因素对材料性能的影响,包括热残余应变、晶须含量和长径比及组分性能等因素.着重研究了拉、压性能的不同以及对这一差别的预报方法,对20%SiCw/Al材料拉、压性能的实验研究和对材料断口的SEM观察,都证明了本文理论的合理性和有效性. Equivalent inclusion theory and the weakening constraint theory of Hill are aimed at application to research the mechanical behaviours of misoriented Whisker/metal composite material(MMC),involving modulus,yielding strength and plastical flow rule under tension and compression.The influence of many factors on the effective properties are explored quantitatively,such as the residual thermo-strain,the volume fraCtion and aspects of whiskers and the properties of components.The difference between the behaviours of 20% SiCw/Al MMC under tension and compression and the fracture microcharacters are observed by SEM technique.This rationality and effectivity of the theory in this paper are confirmed.
