摘　　要： 研究糖浆上浮清净过程中所产生的浮渣的物理与化学性质，了解糖浆单级和多级上浮过程中浮渣的形成规律，以及浮渣的过滤性能等；并探讨生产过程中浮渣的处理方法；提出了合理的处理措施。本研究对于糖厂浮清器的设计及更好地运用糖浆上浮清净新技术有指导意义。 The physical and chemical properties of the dross in the syrup floatation are measured. The production and filterability of the dross in the floatations asWell as the treatments for the dross are studied in experiments.A suitable treatmentfor the dross is proposed.The results in this paper are useful for the design of floating clanner and the application of syrup floatation.
