摘 要: 本文介绍了新型高精度光纤微调装置的设计,通过确定最佳设计指标,使其结构更合理,成本更低廉;每一维自由度的调节在其空间上正交独立,操作方便;径向微调量可以达到0.1μm以下,具有较高调节精度。 This paper describes the design of a novel high accuracy optical fiber fine tuning device.We have made the constructure more reasonable and decreased the cost by determining the optimal designing accuracy index.The tuning of each dimension is quadrature independent,which makes the tuning more convenient.The device has the high radical tuning accuracy of less than 0.1μm.
