摘 要: 本文研究了石墨炉原子吸收(GFAAS)直接测定某些饮料和中成药中的锗。选用钯和酒石酸为改进剂与纯钯比较,灰化温度提高至1600℃未见锗的损失,灵敏度提高了37%。具有较强的抗干扰的能力。本法特征质量mo值为32pg,实际样品测定检出限为0.24μg/L(3σ计),相对标准偏差为2.6%,回收率89%-110%。 A direct determination of germanium in drinks and traditional chinese medicine by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry(GFAAS) is described. By using the Pd+tartaric acid modifier,no lose of Ge signal was observed as ashing temperature as high as 1600℃ and the Ge signal has increased by 37%. The characteristic mass(m0) for Ge is 32pg and the detecting limit(30) is 0.24 μg/L. The interference effects of 22 concomitants on Ge signal were shackled. Various samples of drinks and tranditional chinese medicines were analysed. The relative standard deviation was 2.6% and the recoveries were in the range of 89%-110%.
