摘　　要： 本文根据一类普遍存在的两层决策问题的特点，建立了该问题的数学模型和决策机制，并定义了与之有关的解的概念；随后，证明了与满意度有关的若干定理，在此基础上，提出了一种交互式决策方法。这方法具有与实际的决策过程较接近，给决策人的负担较轻，交互过程简单等优点。 According to the characteristies of a kind of bilevel decision-making problems that are wide-existing the mathematical model and the decision mechanism of the kind of problems are established .the concepts about the solutions are defined. Several theorems about the satisfactoriness are proved,on the basis of which we prasent an interactive decision-making method. The method is closeness to the practical decision-making procedure, light burden on decision makers,and in simple interaction process.
