摘　　要： 德国汉诺威大学Ｗｉｅｎｄａｌｌ，Ｈ．－Ｐ．等人在八十年代初，依据存量控制的基本思想，提出了著名的“漏斗模型”，成为当今较为成功的负荷导向型生产控制方法。本文介绍了这种生产控制技术产生的历史背景和基本思路，分析了“漏斗模型”的实质、通过时间概念和测算方法及流转图的功能。详细阐述了负荷导向型任务投料的控制原理和算法，并涉及生产监测和诊断系统，以构成完整的生产控制子系统。最后，对我国引进该方法过程中应注意的问题。提出了作者的观点。 At the beginning of 1980s, Wiendall. H-P. (Germany )advanced the famous Funnel Model theory in the view of stock control,and developed the theory and method of loadoriented production control. This article analyses the essence of Funnel Model and its central concept-throughout time, then the methods of loadoriented tasksrelease and production process monitoring are discussed,finally,application of Funnel Model to pratice in china is studied carefully on some aspects.
