摘 要: 以四氯乙烷为溶剂,考察了等规聚丙烯和嵌段共聚型聚丙烯在溶液氯化过程中特性粘度和熔融指数对氯化反应的影响。通过氯含量与特性粘度关系的研究和红外光谱分析,讨论了这两种聚丙烯的氯化产物的溶液特性以及组成和结构。 Isotactic polyropylene (ipp) and block-copolymerization PP were chlorinated in tetrachloroethane at 110℃.In the case of the same concentration, the chlorination was easier to carry out for PP with smaller inherent viscosity ([η]) and higher melting index.In the range of chlorine content of 18 ̄36% (mass),with increasing chlorine content,the [η] of the products from iPP was decreased more rapidly, whereas those prepared by block-copolymerization PP dropped down slowly and gel with high [η] occurred in their toluene solution.Differential infrared spectra showed that the gel was composed mainly of chlorinated polyethylene and/or chlorinated prodect of ethylenepropylene copolymer in which the polyethylene segments were dominant.
