摘 要: 本文在研究高Tc超导体的弱连接时,考虑到H>Hcl,时存在的混合态。在传统Josephson模型的基础上加入了结层内的涡漩线与超导体内的磁通线之间的相互作用.它给沿结平面方向运动的涡漩线带来了附加的钉扎或牵制,从而成功地解释了磁阻、动态磁阻、临界电流密度在Hcl附近的反常现象以及这些现象随温度的变化关系. AbstractIn the Josephson junction model for the conventional superconductors. people just consider the situation that the junction was between the type I superconductors. It is necessary to study the junction between the type II which are in the mixed state for the hish Tc superconductors, because they have a low Hcl. In addition to those considered in the conventional Josephson junction model, the interaction between the vortex in the junction and the flux inside the superconductors is taken into account in the mixed state. That is, It is a period function along y is in the junction plane. For the rigid flux fattice, this means that the vortexes move along the y direction are drawn by the additional pinning potential that has a height of . For the elastic flux lattice. the effective △Fcf should be lower.With this model, one can success in explaining those phenomena such as magnetoresistance, the dynamic magnetoresistance. the anomaly of Jc. near Hcl and their variance with temperature.
