摘 要: 研究了Cu-Zn-Al合金的成分、热处理工艺、冷热循环及晶粒细化等因素对其形状记忆性能的影响。通过冶炼过程中添加微量元素细化晶粒,改善合金力学性能,通过改变热处理工艺等手段,降低马氏体稳定化现象,提高Cu-Zn-Al合金的形状记忆性能的稳定性。 The composition,heat treatment,cyele transfermations and grain refinement's effects on Cu-Zn-Al shape memory property have been investigated.Experimental results indicated that the grain size of Cu-Zn-Al alloys is refined greatlyby adding a small amount of boron and rare-earth elements,and the mechanical property is improved,Furthermore,by various quenching and aging treatments the stabilization of martensitecan be reduced and the shape memory effect of Cu-Zn-Alalloys is enhanced effectively.
