甲醇老化对花生种子活力及乙烯释放的影响

摘  要: 甲醇老化可使花生种子活力下降,30%甲醇处理量甲醇老化的临界浓度。甲醇老化降低萌发花生种子乙烯的释放量,改变乙烯的释放模式。甲醇老化使细胞透性急剧增加,渗出率比人工老化种子高,而呼吸强度则比人工老化种子低。PEG渗调对低浓度甲醇(10%)老化种子有提高活力的作用,对20%或以上的浓度则有加速种子老化的作用。表明甲醇老化与人工老化对花生种子活力的影响有明显的不同。 In this experiment,the effect of methanol aging on vigor and ethylene release in germinating groundnut seeds were studied.When groundnut seeds were treated with methanol of 10% to 20% in concentration for two hours,the germination percentage was still high but the vigor index was reduced.A methanol solution of 30% was the critical concentration for seed aging.When seeds were aged with methanol of 30 to 50% ,the amount of ethylene release was reduced in germinating seeds,and even the release was delayed and the normal release model was changed.Methanol aging also resulted with the decrease of membrane integrity.The leakage rate in methanol-treated seeds,was higher than that in artificially-aged seeds,while the respiration intensity was in reverse.Osmoregulation of PEG could slightly restore the vigor of groundnut seeds treated just in low methanol concentration,and could enhance the aging of the seeds treated in methanol of over 20%.The results suggested that the effect of methanol on groundnut seeds' vigor was somehow different from that of artificial aging.
