摘　　要： 广州市政府提出的“科教兴市”发展战略在很大程度上有赖于教育事业的发展 ,而教育法治建设是教育事业发展的重要保障。广州市教育法治建设已有较完备的法律体系 ,较强的执法力度和惩罚力度。但广州市教育的法治化还需进一步完善 ,应加大教育投入 。 The civic stratagem 'vitalizing city through science and education' brought forward by Guangzhou municipality depends on the development of edbiz to a great extent. The legal construction of education has been an important guarantee of educational development. The legal construction of education in Guangzhou has grown into self-contained setup and strong discipline as well as actual execution. However, it needs consummating further, enhancing legislatively and increasing through educative investment.
