摘 要: 研究了造纸污泥的流化床焚烧新技术。分析了污泥在流化床中的能量利用、结团特性及燃烧过程,并在大型流化床上进行了焚烧试验,测定了烟气排放及灰渣中重金属的排放。结果表明,造纸污泥在流化床内有着十分利于焚烧的结团特性,污泥在流化床内能稳定运行并能得到较高的燃烧效率,烟气排放及重金属含量都可以满足环保要求,而不会造成二次污染。 A new technology, paper mill sludge incineration in fluidized bed (FB) is being developed. Sludge energy recovery as well as agglomeration and combustion process in FB are analyzed. Experiments of sludge incineration in a large scale pilot FB were carried out, emission of NOx,SO2,CO,Cl2 and HCl as well as heavy metals in ash were measured. The results showed that the sludge behaved well in agglomeration, favorable to its complete combustion. The FB proved to have been operating steadily with high combustion efficiency. The emission of flue gas and ash composition appeared to conform with environmental regulations very well. The new technology provides a clean, effective, advanced method for the treatment of paper mill sludge and is being recommended.
