摘 要: 在杂交水稻拔节期及灌浆初期施用不同浓度(10~30mg·kg^(-1))JA-Me溶液,结果表明:JA-Me能促进杂交水稻对^(32)P和^(15)N的吸收;加速剑叶中同化物向穗部运输;同时提高剑叶的光合速率以及提高谷粒产量等。 The effects of 10-30 mg·kg^(-1) Jasmoic acid-methyl estcr (JA-Me) on the uptake of ^(32)p and ^(15)N, translocation of assimilates, net photosynthetic rate and grain yield of hybrid rice D-you 63 were studied. The experimental results showed that the uptake of ^(32)p and ^(15)N of hybrid rice D-you 63 were promoted by JA-Me. JA-Me increased net photosynthetic rate of flag leaf and translocation of assimilates from flag leaf to panicle. JA-Me also increased the hybrid rice grain yield by 8.6 percent as compared with control. These suggested that low concentration JA-Mc was a promoter for assimilation.
