摘　　要： 动静字音是出现于宋元时期的语言学概念。通过分析刘书的体例 ,指出“动静字音”实际是音学概念 ,仅指文字的本音和转音。“静”指字音的本来形态 ,“动”指字音的转化形态 ,与词性无关。“动静字音”的得名 ,与宋代理学的动静观密切相关。 Timbre of maneuver or tranquil states is a concept of philology turned up in the period of Song and Yuan dynasties. By analyzing the style of Liu's book,it was identified that “timbres of maneuver”is actually a concept in phonology applying merely on the literal sound and the shifted sound. “Tranquil”refers to the original morphology of the transformation,neither of them related to their syntactical functions and morphological features that helped to determine a part of speech. Where “timbres of maneuver and tranquil state” got the name is closely related to such ideolology in the idealist philosophy of the Song dynasty.
