摘　　要： 针对我省中小学体育教师状况 ,体育系开展了继续教育工作 ,在实践上做到了明确目标、果断决策、努力建设师资队伍、重视科学研究 ,因而打破了单一的办学模式 ,扩大了生源 ,科研与教学水平逐步上升。通过举办全省中小学体育教师短期培训2 1期 ,使 12 According to the situation of physical education teachers of primary and middle schools in Guangdong Province, the Physical Education Department of GDCE carries out a further education program. We have a clear aim. We are resolute in action. We try our hard to advance our teachers. We think highly of scientific research. Therefore, we break with the mono form of teaching and enroll more trainees. Both of our research work and teaching standard are promoted. We have completed 21 terms of short time training program. 1217 teachers have received training. Their comprehensive qualifications have been improved.
