摘　　要： 本文对香菇进行远红外线干燥试验,得到其失水特性,推得干燥方程模型,在试验基础上进行计算机回归处理,确定了干燥的数学模型的系数。 In this paper,the tests of far-infrared drying on Lentimus edodes have been made.Dehydrating characteristic was observed and dehydrating models havebeen gained.On the basis of tests,the regression treatments were made by means of computer.The model coefficients were established.
