摘　　要： 运用非负矩阵的理论 ,讨论了比文 [1 ]范围更广泛的一类矩阵积和式的上界问题 ,得到了比文 [1 By using the nonnegative matrix theory , we discuss the upper bound for the permanent of the matrix whose definition is weaker than the one in paper [1] and obtain a wider result.
