摘 要: 针对麦草烧碱蒽醌法蒸煮黑液的污染特征,提出用光合细菌(PSB)处理之前,可用酸作适当的预处理。分析了影响光合细菌在厌氧光照处理的主要因素:PH、温度、废水初始浓度、光照强度、处理时间等。并提出麦草浆废液采用PSB法处理,除厌氧光照外,还可以用好氧黑暗或微好氧黑暗;其他最佳条件是废水初始CODcr10000mg/1,30℃,PH7,10000lux(厌氧光照强度),处理72~96h。试验结果表明:废水经酸预处理后,可进行光合细菌处理,CODcr、BOD5的去除率在生化处理段可达65%、82%。 Black liquor from soda-AQ wheat straw pulping has been found to be unsuitable for directtreatment with PSB. However, acidification of the black liquor at PH of 4,affords the employment of PSB onthe acidified black liquor. The factors that affect the PSB treatment include PH, temperature, time, light intensity, effluent concentration, etc.. Favorable conditions for PSB treatment are found to be: 30 C I aerobic,dark light. PSB treatment may be conducted anaerobically or aerobically. Under aerobic conditions, however, the treatment has to be conducted in the dark. Favorable parameters for PSB treatment are proposed inthe paper.
