摘 要: 进行了废纸脱墨浆的分散和高浓H2O2漂白的研究。结果表明,浆料的浓度是影响热分散处理效果(主要是白度和尘埃度)的最主要因素,其次是温度和时间。采用20%~25%浆浓,80~85℃温度的热分散处理条件和1.0%H2O2,温度80℃,时间80min,浆浓20.0%以上的漂白工艺,可得到白度高于60.0%SBD,尘埃度小十200mm2/500g的浆料,满足配抄新闻纸的要求。 Heat dispersion treatment of deinked pulp and subsequent H2O2 high consistency bleachingwere investigated. Results obtained showed that as far as dispersion was concerned, pulp consistency appeared to be the factor of prime importance. Of course, temperature and duration of heat treatent may alsoplay a role in promoting dispersion. Optimal conditions had found to be: pulp consistency 20%~25%, temperature 80-85℃. When followed by subsequent bleaching with 1 % H2O2 at 80℃ for 80 minutes, a pulp ofover 60%SBD brightness and less than 200 mm2/500 g dirt count could be resulted. Such a pulp may be employed as a furnish in newsprint manufacturing.
