摘 要: 花生叶圆片对^3H-BA的吸收方式,以被动吸收为主,也有主动吸收,叶圆片在^3H-BA溶液中温育2h,吸收BA最多,以后则下降。PH7.5的介质最适合^3H-BA的吸收。在16-26℃范围内,吸收BA随温度的上升而增加。^3H-BA进入花生幼苗体内后,移动性小。标记^3H-BA 6d后,滞留率仍达97.3%。 The uptake of 3H-BA by leaf discs of peanut existed in two forms, active and passive forms, and the latter was about 60. 7% of total amount absorbed. When leaf discs were incubated with 3H-BA, the maximum amount of this chemical taken in was found after 2 hours and then decreased. A pH optimum at 7. 5 could benefit the 3H-BA uptake by leaf discs. At the range of 16- 26℃, the amount of BA absorbed by leaf discs was increased with temperature. When the leaves of decapitated-derooted peanut plants were smeared with 3H-BA,97. 3% of this chemical still remained in labelled leaves after 6 days. It seems that the mobility of BA in peanut plant is low.
