摘　　要： 通过对我国甲 A足球队 1999赛季准备期第一阶段训练安排、实施情况统计分析 ,探讨我国甲 A足球队准备期训练特点、规律及存在的问题 ,为指导训练和比赛提供参考。 The statistics and analysis were made on the training arrangement and its implement in the Chinese soccer teams of class A at the first stage of the preparatory phase during the season of 1999. The characteristics, laws and problems existed in training of the Chinese soccer teams of class A at the preparatory phase were approached to provide reference for directing the training and competition.
