摘　　要： 本文在对优秀拳击运动员为期一年“备战八运”的训练周期科学监控中,对运动员进行定期生化监控,对血红蛋白、血睾酮、血尿素三项指标进行动态分析,指出各训练阶段存在的不足,为运动员的科学训练提供了指导,并对拳击项目训练效果的生化评定方法进行了探索。 During the period of preparing for the eighth sports meeting, We monitored the excellent boxing players scientifically. Through analyzing Hb, T and BUN dynamicly, We found some insufficiency in all stages, gave some advice on scientifical training for the sportsmen, and explored the biochemical method of evaluating the effect of boxing training.
