摘　　要： 南方汉语里的“古越语底层”有不同类型的情况。以“底层词”为例，有的是 分布在南方而汉籍无查的；有的是南方汉语形式跟今天侗台语等兄弟民族语言相似， 但可以证明汉越同源或早期互惜的；有的则是多方面都像汉语固有词，但也可以从 “底层词”角度解释的。讨论“底层”时应加以区别。 The Old Yue substratum' in south dialects of Chinese comprises different types. Some substrata words are spoken only in southern China and such words were not documented in Chinese literature. Some words correspond to those of modern Kam-Tai languages. They must be cognates or contact words of Chinese and Old Yues, and some others seem to be authentic Chinese words in many aspects, but they may also be identified as substrata words.
