摘　　要： 高师院校体育教学改革必须从学校的培养目标着手 ,以素质教育为导向 ,树立“健康第一”指导思想 ,改革人才培养模式 ,构建新的体育课程体系 ,进而深化体育教学内容、教学方法、教学组织、课外体育活动等一系列改革 ,把高师体育推向 2 The teaching reform of PE must begin with the training aims of the universities and colleges under the guidance of quality oriented education, try to set up the guiding thoughts of “Health First”, reform the mode for personnel training and construct a new system in PE courses so as to promote the serial reforms in the contents, methods, organizations of PE teaching and outside class activities to achieve a qualified PE education system in the 21st century.
