摘　　要： 通过对参加“1998年第 4届世界健美操锦标赛”的男女运动员力量素质和柔韧素质指标的测试 ,对运动员力量素质和柔韧素质的现状与特点进行分析与比较 ,拟建立优秀竞技健美操运动员的力量素质和柔韧素质优化模型 。 Based on the testing index of strength and flexibility quality of athletes who took part in the “Fourth national vigorous and graceful callisthenics championship in 1998 ”,the article gave an analysis and a contrast on the present situations and characteristics of strength and flexibility quality,wanted to set up an excellent optional model of strength and flexibility quality in great vigorous and graceful callisthenics athletes and offered reference for selecting gymnastic talents scientifically
