摘 要: 未来经济的竞争主要是科学技术与人才的竞争,而归根结底是人才的竞争。知识型员工作为掌握科学技术的人才,是当今以及未来时代竞争的焦点。如何吸引知识型员工而避免他们的流失成为国家和企业十分关心的问题。本文分析知识型员工的特点,探讨了知识型员工流动的特点和原因,并有针对性地提出了一些对策和建议,最后结合我国的实际情况给出了主要启示。 In the future, competition focuses on scientific technologies and talents. The latter is more fundamental. As the talents with rich scientific technologies are sure to be the spotlights of the present and future stage. Thus, how to attract and retain these talents becomes one of the greatest concerns of countries and corporations. This paper analyzes the characteristics of knowledge workers, discusses the influencing factors and natures of the circulation of knowledge workers, furthermore puts forward some plans and suggestions accordingly, and finally gives some hints on our country and corporations.
