摘 要: 计算机用于语言学习是从 60年代开始的。这 4 0年的历史可以分成三个阶段 :行为主义机辅语言学习阶段 ;交际机辅语言学习阶段 ;综合机辅语言学习阶段。每一个阶段对应一定的技术水平和一定的教学法理论。运用机辅语言学习的理由包括 :经验的学习 ;激发学习兴趣 ;提高学生成绩 ;真实的学习材料 ;更多的交互作用 ;个性化 ;信息多元化 ;全球化的理解。机辅语言学习实践的障碍通常可分为下列几类 :资金障碍 ;计算机硬件、软件的可用性 ;技术和理论知识 ;技术的接受。 Computers have been used for language teaching ever since the 1960's. This 40 year period can be divided into three main stages: behaviorist CALL, communicative CALL, and integrative CALL. Each stage corresponds to a certain level of technology and certain pedagogical theories. The reasons for using Computer assisted Language Learning include: experiential learning; motivation; enhance student achievement; authentic materials for study; greater interaction; individualization; independence from a single source of information, and global understanding. The barriers inhibiting the practice of Computer assisted Language Learning can be classified in the following common categories: financial barriers; availability of computer hardware and software; technical and theoretical knowledge, and acceptance of the technology.
