摘　　要： 本文作者对于华南师范大学外文学院在培养高素质中学英语教师的研究与实践中如何更新教育观念,开发多媒体教育资源,改革教学模式,优化课程结构,加强以先进的英语教育科学理论指导师范生培养教学研究能力,以及突出电脑语料库教学和微格技能训练等问题阐述了自己的见解. The author in this paper puts forward his perspective of cultivating quality high school English teachers, covering such aspects as change in views on education, exploitation of multi_media educational resources, improvement in mode of teaching and curriculum design, and especially the establishment of computer corpus for English teaching in secondary schools, together with the micro_teaching training designed to help develop students' abilities of applying theories of English teaching to the study of classroom teaching activities.
