摘　　要： 悬赏作证现象的出现是我国立法使然,其损害的不仅是程序的公正,而且还有每个公民对社会的责任感。必须从立法上完善我国的证据制度,从源头上杜绝此类现象的发生。 The occurrence of offering a reward to a person for appearing in court as a witness is the result of legislation. It damages not only justice of the procedure, but also the social obligation of the citizen. In order to prevent it from occurring again, we must rectify system of evidence from the legislative.
